Psychic Dreams

Psychic Dreams Can Take Many Different

Researchers believe that most people dream at least two hours each night. And of those dreams some seem so real and some may even happen at a later date. Does that mean they are psychic dreams? In some cases, they may be!

If you have ever had a dream that something was going to happen, and then it did happen, you will need to analyse the dream to see if it were truly a psychic dream. Stop and think if the event that happened was something that had been on your mind or something totally random. For example, if you dream of a plane wreck and it happens, that may be a psychic dream. However, let’s say you have been performing poorly at work and dream your boss fires you. If that happens, chances are that was just something that had been weighing heavily on your mind and your subconscious caused you to dream about it.

There are different types of precognitive or psychic dreams that you may experience.

Probable Future Events
These are the psychic dreams in which you have choices as to the possible paths you can take. You may dream of taking one then later take that path in life. For example, you may want to take a dance class, but the class is an hour’s drive away. You put those plans aside, but then one night, you have a dream about taking dance lessons. You decide to give it a shot and when you get to the dance class ballroom, it is exactly as you pictured it in the dream.

An Important Crossroad
You may dream of a job or house that you would like to have, without having any idea that you will actually have it one day. Then, years later, you suddenly find yourself in this place. These dreams may show us important junctures in our lives years before we get there.

Warning Signals
When most people think of a psychic dream, they think of a warning about a disaster such as a plane crash or someone dying. But, if you have a reoccurring dream of such a disaster, it can be a warning signal. For example, if you have repeated dreams that you are being attacked, this can help warn you so you are prepared if that day comes. Or maybe you keep dreaming about a wreck, and then one day you find yourself on that particular street. Remembering to slow down for an oncoming car you dreamed about could save your life.

Empathy/Telepathy
Some people experience empathy and telepathy dreams. You may have dreamed that you have had a heart attack, only to wake up to the news the next day that a close relative or friend had a heart attack. Many people believe it is possible for us to pick up on such happenings in our dreams because our minds are more open to psychic phenomena when asleep.

If you keep having a dream that seems very real, write it down. Take time to examine it to see if it could be telling you of a future event. The dreaming process is a great thing that can open us up to new and different resources from our subconscious, so you should embrace any dreams that appear to be psychic in nature.

I get recurring dreams regularly. Started over 14 years ago. Happily married at that time, I dreamed I and my small daughter were walking up an empty motorway; heading North (Motorway signs indicated Scotland). Now I live in Scotland with mynew ish partner (of 11 years).Another dream started around 14 yrs ago of a specific area, I later lived near to the place. Another showed me specific images of a farm, we now live on that farm. Worryingly, my most recent recurring dream is of strange flying crafts in the sky, never before have my dreams had an air of menace about them, but it is present now. No I don't use any medications, drugs or alcohol.
